Con motivo del 80 aniversario del pintor Antoni Tàpies, en 2003, el periodico francés fundado por el pensador Jean Paul Sartre, "Libération", pidio al artista de pintar o repintar el diario. Desde el diseño de las letras del abecedario completo hasta sus trazos inconfundibles confundiendose con las informaciones o simplemente operando en páginas libres para dar cabida a su inspiración. Las dos últimas páginas del rotativo incluyen un reportage en el estudio barcelones del pintor. Las dos primeras imagenes corresponden a la portada, obviamente, y a la contraportada. Formato del diario 38x29 cm.
