Baltasar Lobo Casquero (Cerecinos de Campos, Zamora, 22 de febrero de 1910-París, 4 de septiembre de 1993) fue un dibujante y escultor español muy conocido por sus composiciones que representan madres e hijos. Zamorano de nacimiento, se exilió al término de la Guerra Civil en 1939 a París, donde su escultura tuvo influencias de Constantin Brancusi, Jean Arp y Henri Laurens. La obra de Baltasar Lobo fue expuesta en la Galerie Vendôme en la Rue de la Paix junto con la de notables artistas como Henri Matisse, Fernand Léger, Maurice Utrillo y Pablo Picasso. En 2007 se inauguró en Zamora el Museo Baltasar Lobo con una sede provisional.
