Descripción del Contenido:

- El Libro Miniatura contiene principalmente una selección Plegarias, para rezar en distintos momentos y situaciones, con el objeto de facilitar la reflexión. Así mismo contiene explicaciones y reglas relacionadas con la práctica de la religión, como también diversos versos atribuidos a autores cristianos.

- Tiene 18 Ilustraciones a toda página, pero insertadas en el texto ya que lo tiene en el reverso de cada lámina y 6 pequeñas Ilustraciones insertadas en el texto.

- Faltan dos Páginas de Respeto delanteras. Portadilla. Portada. Página de Legales. Ejercicio Cotidiano. Santa Misa. Confesión. Preparación para la Santa Comunión. Oraciones diversas. Reglas de vida cristiana. A la Santísima Virgen. Versos de despedida.

 

Descripción del Libro:

- Encuadernado cosido, con Cortes guillotinados y dorados.

- Cubiertas duras de piel, repujadas por estampación, con el Lomo impreso en dorado, probablemente con el título “Camino del Cielo”.

- Guardas de espesor medio con dibujos impresos.

- Papel blanco hueso, de espesor medio y regular calidad.

- Impresión en monocolor negro, muy bien de tinta, con buena estampación, y en general bien centrada y con márgenes buenos.

 

Conservación y desperfectos:

- Estado general malo, muy fatigado, desencuadernado debido a su uso y a la mala calidad de la encuadernación.

- Cortes muy mal conservados y con suciedad, con pérdida casi total del dorado.

- Cubiertas muy rozadas en sus planos y en sus cantos, con el Lomo muy deteriorado, separado el cuerpo, en el que quedan mínimos restos de la impresión del título.

- Falta una parte de las Guardas delanteras y dos Páginas de Respeto delanteras.

- Las Páginas del Texto en buen estado, con los bordes y puntas rozados, no teniendo roturas o manchas, y con el papel oscurecido debido al tiempo.

- Hay importantes manchas provocadas por la cola de la encuadernación, tanto en la Páginas del Texto como en las Guardas.

- El Libro no ha sufrido agresiones externas como humedad, ataques de insectos, roedores, etc.

 

Comentarios:

- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.

- Para realizar las fotos de las Páginas Interiores, éstas se han sujetado con pinzas.

- Libro Miniatura ideal como pieza de colección. Es muy difícil de encontrar. Presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

- Debido a que es inevitable las diferencias de tonalidades entre fotos y realidad, se debe tener presente que los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son exactamente iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.

- El Libro Miniatura en venta es el que se corresponde con las fotos, que a su vez se complementan en esta Descripción, con el objetivo de proporcionar un mejor conocimiento del Objeto, y nunca ser una exposición detallada del mismo.

Description of contents:

- The Miniature Book contains mainly a selection of Prayers, to pray in different moments and situations, with the aim of facilitating reflection. It also contains explanations and rules related to the practice of religion, as well as various verses attributed to Christian authors.

Description of the book:

- Sewn binding, with guillotined and gilded cuts.

- Hard leather covers, embossed by printing, with the spine printed in gold, probably with the title "Way to Heaven".

- Medium thickness guards with printed drawings.

- White bone paper, medium thickness and regular quality.

- Black single-colour printing, very good in ink, with good printing, and in general well centred and with good margins.

 

Conservation and damages:

- Bad general condition, very tired, unbound due to its use and the poor quality of the binding.

- Very badly preserved and dirty cuts, with almost total loss of gilding.

- Covers very grazed in their planes and in their edges, with the spine very deteriorated, separated the body, in which minimum remains of the printing of the title.

- One part of the front guards and two front respect pages are missing.

- The text pages are in good condition, with the edges and tips rubbed, not having any breaks or spots, and with the paper darkened due to time.

- There are important stains caused by the glue on the binding, both on the Text Pages and the Guards.

- The book has not suffered any external aggressions such as humidity, insect or rodent attacks, etc.

 

Comments:

- Both the measurements and the weight are approximate.

- To make the photos of the Interior Pages, these have been fixed with clamps.

- Miniature book ideal as a collector's item. It is very difficult to find. It presents the wear and tear of its time.

- Because it is inevitable the differences of tonalities between photos and reality, you must have in mind that the tones of the colours of the photos are not exactly equal to the tones of the real colours.

- The Miniature Book on sale is the one corresponding to the photos, which in turn are complemented in this Description, with the aim of providing a better knowledge of the Object, and never being a detailed exhibition of it.
