Todos mis libros proceden de antiguo stock de librería, es decir, NUNCA HAN SIDO USADOS NI VENDIDOS AL PÚBLICO, habiendo estado siempre almacenados desde la fecha de su impresión. En el caso de presentar defectos, estos son los ocasionados INEVITABLEMENTE por el paso del tiempo (polvo, humedad), a no ser que se haga mención a algún daño concreto. NO SE TRATA DE LIBROS USADOS O DE SEGUNDA MANO, SI AGOTADOS Y DESCATALOGADOS.
El artículo ha de ser abonado en máximo TRES días hábiles desde el final de la subasta o momento de la compra directa. De lo contrario la venta será anulada y se iniciarán las acciones pertinentes.
Los gastos de Aduanas, si los hubiese, serán siempre a cargo del comprador.
En caso de devolución, el importe de la compra (NO EL DE LOS GASTOS DE ENVÍO) será devuelto cuando el artículo obre de nuevo en poder del vendedor, siendo a cargo del comprador los gastos de envío del artículo o artículos. El plazo máximo admitido para la devolución es de DOS DÍAS desde la recepción del mismo (fecha proporcionada por Correos o Servicio de Mensajería. Según corresponda). En el caso de envío ordinario no se aceptará devolución alguna.
EN LOS ENVÍOS ORDINARIOS NO CABE RECLAMACIÓN ALGUNA POSIBLE POR FALTA DE ENTREGA. NO HABRÁ DEVOLUCIÓN DE IMPORTE ALGUNO. EN LOS ENVÍOS CERTIFICADOS O POR AGENCIA SE RESPONDERÁ COMO MÁXIMO POR LA CANTIDAD CUBIERTA POR LA EMPRESA PRESTATARIA DEL SERVICIO. EN CASO DE QUERER ENVÍO ASEGURADO HABRÁ QUE INDICARLO EN EL MOMENTO DE LA COMPRA PARA PODER CALCULAR EL PRECIO CORRESPONDIENTE DEL ENVÍO.
