4 hojas a dos caras. Firmado a mano por Joseph de Mazarredo.

'Instrucción conforme á ordenanza y repetidas reales órdenes sobre Montes, para gobierno y administracion de sus fondos en los pueblos de la demarcacion de este Departamento de mi mando.'

Estado: como se aprecia en la fotografía.

Fechado en la Isla de León, el 28 de agosto de 1801. En este caso, este es uno de los ejemplares distribuidos desde el Departamento Naval de Cádiz a 'cada Justicia' y a los 'Fiscales Zeladores'.

Es obra y aparece firmada por el ínclito marino D. José María de Mazarredo y Salazar, que ocupaba, a la sazón, la Capitanía general del Departamento Naval de Cádiz, cargo que desempeñó solo un año.
