CA)Peru Approximately 1971 (in accordance with the seals on the front of the envelope).A strip of five identical carmine/pink seals is observed. They are stamps from the "National Education" series with a value of S/0.10 (ten cents of sun). These stamps have the peculiarity of being "enabled," which means that they were stamps of a previous issue whose validity or value was updated or authorized again for use in that period through the overload read at the top. They have several black circular postmarks indicating that they were duly cancelled during the shipping process.
