SOBERBIA ESTAMPA DE ALEJANDRO MAGNO, REY DE MACEDONIA DESDE EL AÑO 336 A.C HASTA SU MUERTE EN EL AÑO 323 A.C, ORIGINAL DEL XVII
 

     MARAVILLOSO grabado al cobre del XVII, en concreto del año 1621, de Alejandro Magno, Rey de Macedonia, Gran Rey de Media y Persia y Faraón de la dinastía Macedónica en Egipto. UNA MARAVILLA:

"Alexander Magnus Macedoniae Rex."

La estampa en venta proviene de la edición holandesa, del año 1621, de la obra de Pierre Davity, señor de Montmartin (1573-1635), historiador, geógrafo y militar francés, tiulada "Les estats, empires et prinipautez de monde" y publicada originariamente en francés en la ciudad de Paris en el año 1617.

El grabado en venta proviene por tanto de la traducción holandesa del citado original en francés realizada cuatro años más tarde en la ciudad de Amsterdam, es decir en el año 1621. Obra publicada por Jan Evertsen Cloppenburch.

El cobre, intercalado en el texto, es obra del maestro grabador Nicolaes de Clerck (1569-1623), como pueden apreciar la estampa tiene una gran calidad y detalle. OBSERVEN LAS DIVERSAS FOTOS.

LA ESTAMPA ES ORIGINAL, NO FACSÍMIL, CON 395  AÑOS DE ANTIGÜEDAD.
 

     Se encuentra en BUEN ESTADO, algunas ligeras marcas debido al paso del tiempo, TODO PUEDEN OBSERVARLO EN LAS DIVERSAS FOTOS. Texto en el inverso en holandés, impresión muy agradable, TAMAÑO DE LA HOJA 310 x 200 mm, TAMAÑO DEL GRABADO 190 mm x 120 mm.
