JOSEP DE TOGORES I LLACH (Barcelona, ​​1893-1970) fue un pintor español, uno de los principales representantes del realismo mágico en España.

A la edad de 13 años, Togores se quedó sordo, lo que lo llevó a interesarse por la pintura. Inició su formación artística con Joan Llaverias y Fèlix Mestres.

En París entró en contacto con el surrealismo gracias a su relación con artistas como Georges Braque, Arístides Maillol, Max Jacob o Picasso, firmando un contrato de exclusividad con su marchante, Daniel-Henri Kahnweiler, hasta 1931. Esta será su obra más surrealista y período experimental.
