Serigrafia sobre papel vélin d'Arches con filigrana “Arches”, en color y blanco y negro de los dibujos originales de Picasso.

Impreso por Guenther Dietz, Múnich, otoño de 1970. Extraído del estuche, las reproducciones de este álbum se imprimieron en el otoño de 1970 en los estudios de Guenther Dietz, Múnich, bajo la supervisión personal de Pablo Picasso.

Tienen el tamaño exacto de los dibujos originales y se produjeron mediante un proceso único que emplea el mismo tipo de materiales que utilizó el artista, en lugar de las tintas de impresión habituales.

Entre los materiales que el artista ha utilizado para realizar las recreaciones de este álbum se encuentran el lápiz de cera, el papel litográfico, el lápiz de mina y el carboncillo. El papel está hecho a mano y es puro lienzo Vélin d'Arches.

"Le Goût du Bonheur se traduce como El sabor de la felicidad. Es un libro de imágenes poco común que se considera una réplica casi perfecta de tres de los cuadernos de Picasso, en los que trabajó de abril a septiembre de 1964, con 66 dibujos a lápiz, tinta china, carboncillo y lápiz de color, en tamaño original, impresos con el proceso de Dietz.

De hecho, todas las imágenes están impregnadas de felicidad. Se trata de una serie de imágenes coloridas y divertidas, a las que Picasso, que entonces tenía 83 años, puso título él mismo. Con ellas quiso poner de manifiesto el significado de una vida que se vive con total plenitud.

Printed by Guenther Dietz, Munich, autumn 1970. Removed from the case, reproductions of this album were printed in the autumn of 1970 in the studios of Guenther Dietz, Munich, under the personal supervision of Pablo Picasso.

They are the exact size of the original drawings and were produced using a unique process that uses the same type of materials used by the artist, instead of the usual printing inks.

Among the materials that the artist has used to make the recreations in this album are wax pencil, lithographic paper, lead pencil and charcoal. The paper is handmade and is pure Vélin d'Arches canvas.
