Another addition to my art collection of famous cities. This time it is the Catalonian town of Girona. This medieval town is famous because of its beautiful buildings and many points of interest. Even the world famous series Game of Thrones was partially filmed in Girona, including the Cathedral of Santa Maria and the Arab Baths, which were used as filming locations for the show's sixth season. Girona's medieval architecture and historic streets provided a perfect backdrop for the series' fictional world of Westeros. Oil, canvas. Signed. Varnished. 50 x 40 x cm.
