En el célebre Cuadro de Actores de Radio Madrid, embrión de la actual Cadena Ser, estaba Juana Ginzo, que en las páginas del libro recrea, con sentido del humor y franqueza, las anécdotas y vivencias de unos años apasionantes. Aquella radio casi artesanal funcionaba a golpe de ingenio y creatividad y el amor al oficio permitía sortear las dificultades técnicas y las divergencias ideológicas de sus artífices con la doctrina imperante.
