Gafas de Manolete, en técnica mixta, firmadas por Pérez-Hito . 1947.

Probablemente sea un especie de homenaje tras la muerte del torero en 1947.

Sobre Pérez-Hito, sabemos que realizó la contraportada de la revista SOBRE LA MARCHA Semanario de la 411 Brigada Mixta. Madrid.

PÉREZ-HITO: Dibujo: Batallón luchando. N° 26, 9 agosto 1937,

Acuarela sobre cartón recortada según la forma de las gafas del famoso torero y pegadas sobre otro cartón.

En el interior de las gafas, pintados dos lances de Manolete.

Nota exterior: "Tu modestia te hacía querer ocultar la popularidad tras unas gafas, pero era tal el brillo de tu arte que hasta en el reflejo de sus cristales relucía".

Marco dorado español del s. XIX.

Interior: 38 x 22. Con marco 54 x 37 cms.

Estado general de la pieza, muy bueno.
