Eristoff Vodka se originó en Georgia y fue creado por primera vez para el Príncipe Eristavi del Ducado de Racha en 1806. Hecho de 100% de alcohol de grano, el vodka Eristoff se destila tres veces y luego se filtra con carbón, una técnica establecida por primera vez en la Rusia del siglo XVIII.
