If the registration confirmation email has not arrived in your email inbox, please check your spam folder in case your email manager has placed it there.
Check that you are entering your access data correctly, keep in mind that the system is case sensitive, and that you cannot use spaces in your username and password. If you have several registered accounts it is possible that you may get confused with them, so we recommend using a single account.

Surely your mail server has a block to our messages and considers them as SPAM ("unwanted mails").

We recommend several options:

  • First check your antivirus in case this is the cause of the blocking of our messages and it sends them to a SPAM folder.
  • Contact directly with your server in case they have their own SPAM folder and that is where they send our messages, or to unblock them and allow them to enter correctly.
  • You can install the application of todocoleccion on your smartphone to receive notifications in real time.
Once you are logged in, go to "My todocoleccion". Here you will find the option "Communications settings", enter here and uncheck the corresponding boxes that refer to the sending of notifications by mail and / or app from todocoleccion.
