Muy difícil de conseguir, la caja mide largo 45 cm, alto 16, fondo 16 cm. A principios de los 70 la marca Modisa sacó al mercado una serie de chalets con muebles y toda clase de accesorios y una familia de muñecos, la llamaron Familia Hogarín y estaba compuesta por los abuelos, los papás, la hija mayor, los niños, los bebés mellizos, la chacha o asistenta y el perrito, todas las niñas lo querían pero muy pocas los tuvieron debido a que eran juguetes muy caros por su alta calidad.
