Description

El lote incluye todo lo que se ve en las fotos y en el estado en que se ve  

El árbol tiene una rama rota pero se podría pegar y apenas se notaría porque encaja muy bien. 

Las paredes y la base están muy bien. 

Falta la puerta y todo lo que no sé ve. 

La trampilla del suelo tiene roto uno de los pivotes de giro pero se sujeta bien y funciona.
