El Ar 196 fue uno de los mejores diseños de hidros de flotadores de la IIGM. Embarcado en los buques capitales de la flota alemana proporcionaba reconocimiento a distancia y reglaje artillero, aunque también podía realizar misiones de ataque ligero y caza contra aviones mayores. Se empleó también desde bases costeras. La maqueta. Reedición del original de Heller, la mejor que hay para este aparato en esta escala. Detalle decente en general, con líneas de paneles en fino relieve. Calcas para dos aparatos de unidades no especificadas. Piezas en bolsa sellada original. Peso: 150 g.
