Está pintado con pinturas especiales (génesis, pinturas no tóxicas que perduran en el tiempo), capa sobre capa y curado en el horno.  Lleva varias capas muy  finas con las que se consigue el efecto muy real de piel, también lleva pintadas venitas, rojeces,  etc . Se puede limpiar con agua y jabón suave.
Tiene hecha la manicura y pedicura. 
El pelo está injertado por el método de rooting, y es de mohair de alta calidad. Se puede mojar con agua para peinarlo.
Sus extremidades están rellenas de microcristales para darle peso y más realismo.
El cuerpo es de un tejido muy suave,  está relleno con pollypallets para darle peso y con fibra para que esté blandito y sus posturas sean muy reales.  Las extremidades  están articuladas  mediante unos anillos especiales también para facilitar diferentes posturas. Es una gozada tenerlo en brazos, hay que sujetarle la cabecita como a un bebé de verdad.
Los orificios nasales están abiertos para dar más realismo. También lleva imanes para poner el chupete y para poder poner adornos de niña en el pelo si se quiere (aunque ahora lleva ropa de niño).
Sería un regalo de Reyes precioso.
