This is the eleventh edition (1673) of Institutiones Imperiales, a Roman law textbook written in question-and-answer format (erotemata) by Antonio Perez, a legal scholar and former professor at the University of Leuven.
This copy is unbound and lacks the original cover, but retains the complete title page, clearly showing the imprint: Apud Danielem Elzevirium, Amstelodami, 1673. The text block is mostly intact, with some wear consistent with age.
