Latin academic dissertation printed in 1763 by the University of Tübingen press (Litteris Erhardianis). Authored by Friedericus Guilielmus Tafinger, this rare work explores the sacred and religious aspects (sacris) of the Imperial and Circle armies' military camps within the Holy Roman Empire. A reflection of theological and legal thought in mid-18th-century German academia.
Printed on laid paper with visible chain lines, featuring large margins and typographic characteristics typical of the era. Later marbled hardcover binding with black cloth spine, likely from the 19th or 20th century. Despite signs of aging, the pages are well preserved and the text is entirely legible. A fine and rare example of academic publishing from the early modern period.
