Description

The New American practical navigator, by Nathaniel Bowditch. 1826. Buen estado. Consta de 2 tomos encuadernados juntos, con pastas de cuero. Muy buen papel con hojas, en general, en buen estado; las pastas están gastadas por el uso y con algún defecto; algunas hojas están oscurecidas por el uso y por el envejecimiento de los años; algunos bordes algo gastados. El libro fue restaurado y cosido recientemente. La cara anterior del libro lleva marcada una estrella de cinco puntas en un círculo. La primera parte consta de 288 páginas y la segunda parte es el Apéndice de tablas y textos explicativos, de 616 páginas.

Globalmente se puede decir que el libro está en buen estado con defectos de uso.

Nota: la página 586 aparece al final del libro y al revés; la figura Plate XII aparece por erros en la pág. 587 del Apéndice; en ambos casos quizá por un error en la restauración del libro.
