Encuadernado en tapa dura, lomo en piel hierros dorados 15x9cms, 283+72 páginas.Cantos ligeramente rozados, y hacia el final del libro las páginas se vuelven amarillentas, aunque se puede decir que el estado del libro es muy bueno.
La obra contiene todo tipo de recetas de vinos de frutas, sidra, cervezas, hidromieles, bebidas refrescantes, licores franceses y extranjeros. Obra curiosa y difícil de encontrar, una rareza. Contiene recetas tan raras como la cerveza de patatas, de jengibre, ginebra, Whisky, ron, etc, etc.Al final contiene un catálogo de 72 páginas con todas las ediciones de la editorial.
