Suplemento extra de Signal "El comandante General de las SS Himmler recibe al General WLASOV"   fue distribuido según los países, en algunos con el nº 16 y en otros con el nº 17 de 1.944, en homenaje a los miles de Rusos  que luchaban como voluntarios en el Ejército alemán.  Consta de 2 paginas.

Extra supplement of Signal "The commander General of the SS Himmler receives the General WLASOV" was distributed across countries, some with No 16 and others with the No 17 of 1,944, in tribute to the thousands of Russians who fought as volunteers in the German Army . It consists of 2 pages.
