I Just Can not Stop It es el álbum debut de Reino Unido 2 tono banda The Beat . El álbum fue lanzado en 1980 a través de go records pies, en el Reino Unido. Fue lanzado el mismo año en los EE.UU. el IRS records bajo el nombre de la banda "The Beat Inglés".

Bien recibido desde el principio, publicaciones como Rolling Stone elogiaron que la música era "salvaje y amenazador, sexy y fuerte." dijo "[que] fue un logro impresionante", que ha sido sin menoscabo de tiempo.

La canción "espejo en el baño" aparecido en las películas de Grosse pointe black (1997) y en RockandRolla (2008), mientras que la canción" Hands Off ... Ella es mía "aparece en la película 50 First Dates (2004).
