Descripción:

- Plomada instrumental de la Segunda Mitad del S.XIX, con Pesa maciza de bronce, y sin conservar la nuez.

- Tiene unas medidas de 10 cm. de alto y 4,8 cm. de diámetro, con Cabeza roscada.

- El Cuerpo de la Pesa tiene forma de cono en la punta, y el resto del cuerpo se agranda conforme llegas a la cabeza de la plomada.

- Tanto el cuerpo de la pesa como la cabeza son de bronce, mientras que la punta es de hierro.

- Rosca de tamaño y diámetro pequeño, con filete y paso medios.

- En los dos tercios inferiores tiene torneadas varias canaladuras muy sutiles, consiguiendo un armonioso efecto de conjunto.

- Tiene un anillo cincelado en el tercio superior liso, lo que le proporciona un toque elegante.

- No se ha localizado ningún distintivo, marca o contraste, que pueda facilitar datos del sitio en que se fabricó, datos del fabricante, así como otros datos.

- Probablemente la Plomada esté realizada en el sur de Europa.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- La Plomada se encuentran en buen estado de conservación, teniendo la Pesa muchos, pero muy pequeños golpes y roces.

- En la parte superior del cuerpo tiene un defecto de fundición.

- Se conserva muy buena y bonita pátina en toda la Plomada. La calidad de la fundición del bronce, y de la ejecución de la Plomada, es buena.

- La Plomada presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

- It measures 10 cm. high and 4.8 cm. in diameter, with a threaded head.

- The body of the weight is cone-shaped at the tip, and the rest of the body gets bigger as you reach the head of the plumb bob.

- Both the body of the weight and the head are made of bronze, while the tip is made of iron.

- The thread is small in size and diameter, with a medium thread and pitch.

- The lower two-thirds of the weight has several subtle grooves, creating a harmonious overall effect.

- It has a chiselled ring on the smooth upper third, which gives it an elegant touch.
