- Lámina a color de La Antigua Puerta principal de Rotterdam.

- Johan Barthold Jongkind (1819-1891) fue un pintor y grabador neerlandés considerado uno de los precursores del impresionismo.

- El cuadro lo pintó cuando volvió a Roterdam, en el año 1856

- La lámina está pegada sólo por la parte superior a una cartulina, que tiene una bonita línea verde claro que rodea la lámina.
