El contenido está muy bien estructurado y es de altísimo interés.

- Aldo Rossi, arquitecto italiano, fue uno de los grandes renovadores ideológicos y plásticos de la arquitectura contemporánea; con su poesía metafísica y el culto que profesó a la vez a la geometría y a la memoria, este milanés cambió el curso de la arquitectura y el urbanismo del último tercio del S.XX.

- El libro está profusamente ilustrado, tanto con dibujos como con fotografías.

- Encuadernado cosido de buena ejecución, con cortes guillotinados, sin barbas, de la Segunda Mitad del S. XX.

- El Texto y las Ilustraciones en Impresión monocolor en negro, muy bien de tinta, con buena estampación, bien centrado y con buenos márgenes.

- Libro impreso sobre papel ligeramente ahuesado, de espesor medio y buena calidad.

- Cubiertas y Lomo blandas de cartulina, con plena tela editorial azul, de buena calidad.

- La Cubierta tiene estampado el nombre del autor, el nombre del libro y uno de los edificios diseñados por el autor (Aldo Rossi GG – Estudio Paperback). Carece de sobrecubiertas.

- Estampación en Lomo: Nombre y apellido del autor.

- La Cubierta trasera tiene estampado una pequeña descripción del libro.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- Estado General: Bueno.

- Encuadernado cosido en un buen estado.

- Las páginas del Texto están en buen estado, no teniendo roturas o manchas.

- El lomo tiene algunas partes decoloradas, con rozaduras y dobleces.

- El libro no ha sufrido agresiones externas como humedad, ataques de insectos, roedores, etc.

- Las cubiertas y los cortes están bien conservados y con poca suciedad.

- El Libro presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

Comentarios:

- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.

- Para realizar las fotos de las Páginas Interiores, éstas se han sujetado con pinzas.

- Debido a que es inevitable las diferencias de tonalidades entre fotos y realidad, se debe tener presente que los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son exactamente iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.

- The book, written in Spanish and Portuguese, is conceived as a work and consultation tool, both for professionals or students of Architecture, and for any other person interested in the subject of architecture and construction. The content is very well structured and of great interest.

- Aldo Rossi, Italian architect, was one of the great ideological and plastic renovators of contemporary architecture; with his metaphysical poetry and the cult he professed to geometry and memory, this Milanese changed the course of architecture and urbanism in the last third of the 20th century.

- The book is richly illustrated with both drawings and photographs.

- Soft cardboard covers and spine, with full blue editorial cloth, good quality.

- The cover is printed with the author's name, the name of the book and one of the buildings designed by the author (Aldo Rossi GG - Estudio Paperback). It does not have a jacket.

Conservation and damage:

- General condition: Good.

- The pages of the Text are in good condition, not having breaks or stains.
